Water is delivered from Streivor’s Plumbing Control Station to the trough through a pressurized rinse head that produces a pressurized rinse throughout the trough’s interior and primes the liquid-seal trap.

Tempering & Waste Line Protection

Streivor’s Tempering Technology is fully automatic to ensure compliance with plumbing codes that require wastewater exceeding 140°F to be tempered before entering the waste system. Patent Pending

How it Works

A Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) is installed within the trough. The RTD continuously monitors wastewater temperature entering the trough. When the RTD measures a temperature above the desired setpoint, tempering water is instantly delivered through a rinse head fitted with spray nozzles.

· Capitalizes on water use by tempering, rinsing, and priming simultaneously with the same water.
